SG Refurbishments Limited has operated from 27 High Street, Godstone, since 2005. The company undertakes two distinct types of work. For domestic clients, we carry out anything from changing a tap to a full refurbishment of your house: extensions, kitchens, bathrooms, renovations, roofing, and design and build. We serve specific areas within Surrey, Kent and Sussex, from Epsom in the north-west down to Crawley, and from Westerham across to Reigate. For commercial clients — pub and bar fit-out, offices, retail, healthcare, education and housing — we go wherever the estate is, across London, Kent, Essex, Sussex and the South East.

Our own settled team does the building work. Specialist trades are managed by us, so one firm stays answerable from the first survey to the final handover. We survey the job before we price it, and the price is in writing before anything starts.
