SG Refurbishments is a building and fit-out firm in Godstone, Surrey. We have been here since 2005, and we work two ways.

For homeowners we take on anything from changing a tap to refurbishing the whole house — extensions, kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, renovations, design and build. We stay within about ten miles of the office, across Surrey, Kent and Sussex, from Epsom down to Crawley and Westerham across to Reigate. For commercial clients we fit out and refurbish pubs and bars, offices, shops, schools, healthcare and housing. Pub and bar work is what we do most of, usually while the site is still trading. That work takes us across London, Kent, Essex, Sussex and the South East.

We manage every trade on the job. One firm, one contract manager, one number to ring — from the first survey to the day we hand it back.

We survey every job before we price it. The quote is itemised and in writing, so you know exactly what you are paying for before we start.
