SSIP registration under way — and taking on new clients

Two pieces of news from the office.

First: SG's SSIP registration is under way. SSIP is the umbrella under which contractors prove their health-and-safety assessment to the people who procure them, and it is the pre-qualification estates teams ask about first. The moment the certificate is issued, the certificate number, the expiry date and the certificate itself will be published on the commercial side of this site — the placeholder is already there waiting for it. Nothing is claimed here until the paper is in hand; that is how this site works.

Second: SG Refurbishments is taking on new clients on both sides of the firm.

On the commercial side that means hospitality, offices and workplaces, shop fronts and retail units, educational premises and medical facilities — across London and the South East, wherever the estate is. Fit-outs and refurbishments priced as a programme and handed back ready to trade on the date agreed.

On the domestic side: extensions, kitchens and bathrooms, roofing and refurbishment on homes within about ten miles of our Godstone office.
