Godstone and the immediate area
Godstone is home. From the High Street office we cover the surrounding villages and towns daily, including Caterham, Whyteleafe, Warlingham, Kenley and Woldingham. Close to base means a surveyor can be with you quickly, and the same people carry your job from first visit to handover.
East Surrey and the Tandridge towns
We work throughout east Surrey, covering Oxted, Redhill, Reigate, Merstham and Horley. Whether it is a full home refurbishment or a single-storey extension, one firm stays answerable for the whole job.
Coulsdon and Kenley
On the north side of our patch we cover Coulsdon and Kenley. A short run from Godstone, so we treat them as core local work — same pricing, same team on site throughout.
Kingswood — and east to Westerham
To the west we cover Kingswood; east along the A25 we cover Westerham and down to East Grinstead — from kitchens and bathrooms to extensions and full refurbishments.

Q.01What areas do SG Refurb cover?
We are based at 27 High Street, Godstone, Surrey RH9 8LS. Two different patches: work on homes stays within about ten miles of the office, and commercial fit-out goes across the South East. Core towns include Godstone, Caterham, Whyteleafe, Warlingham, Kenley, Coulsdon, Sanderstead, Oxted, Woldingham, Redhill, Reigate, Merstham, Kingswood, Chipstead, South Croydon and Horley. On a fit-out we go wherever the estate is — north London, Essex, Kent, Sussex and along the coast.
Q.02Are you a local Surrey builder?
Yes. We have been trading since 2005 and work from our base in Godstone. Home jobs are kept within about ten miles of the office, which means quicker site visits and a team that already knows the area.
Q.03Do you use subcontractors?
Yes, for some trades. Our own settled team does the building work — brickwork, carpentry, plastering, groundworks, and kitchen and bathroom fitting. Specialist trades such as electrics, roofing, decorating and fencing are brought in and managed by us. Either way, one firm stays answerable for the whole job from first survey to final handover.
