We survey, we price, we build, we hand over
Two kinds of work, one way of running a job. On the commercial side: pub, bar and hospitality fit-out for national operators, plus offices, retail and business premises across the South East. On the domestic side: extensions, kitchens and bathrooms, roofing and refurbishment on homes near our Godstone base. Different buildings, same order of work.
How your project runs
What happens after you get in touch — the same order of work on every job, from first look to final handover.
-
The survey
We come out and look at the job properly — measure up, check the things that matter on older stock, and talk through what you want. No charge, no obligation.
What you holdA straight read on what is realistic
-
The price
The price before anything starts, broken down far enough that you can see what you are paying for and query any of it. How far that goes depends on the job: a full schedule of works on a fit-out, room by room on a house, a straight price on a small one. What does not change is that it is written down and nothing is hidden inside a single round number.
What you holdA price you can question, before a tool comes out of the van
-
The build
Our settled team does the building work; specialist trades are brought in and managed by us. You deal with one person for the whole job.
What you holdOne number to ring, start to finish
-
Handover and aftercare
We walk the finished work with you, deal with any snags, and hand over the relevant certification where it applies. We are on Godstone High Street — weeks later, it is the same firm on the phone.
What you holdThe same firm, after the vans have gone
Why one firm carries the whole job
Running your job as one firm is a deliberate choice. It keeps quality and timing under our control, it gives you one point of contact rather than a chain to chase, and it means one company is answerable for the whole result. Pricing the job properly up front is what keeps you in charge of the budget at every stage.
Trusted with the fit-out by national pub companies
Pub, bar and hospitality fit-out is the work we do most of — bars, trade areas, kitchens and letting rooms, delivered to a brand standard and handed back ready to trade.
Clients: Greene King, Star Pubs & Bars, Shepherd Neame.
